(40 hours / week)

Our kitchen is deeply inspired by the nature surrounding us, and much of our cooking takes place outdoors over open fire.

We are looking for experienced chefs who take pride in their craft, enjoy working closely as part of a team and are curious about cooking with exceptional ingredients in a unique environment.

If you have experience working in high-end kitchens and feel inspired by our approach to food, nature and fire, we would love to hear from you.

To us, sustainability is not only about ingredients and the environment - it is also about creating a fair and healthy workplace. We offer good working conditions and schedules that allow time for life outside work. For most restaurant roles, the working week is concentrated into three longer days from Thursday to Saturday, followed by four days off.

We value reliability, team spirit and a willingness to learn. Experience is an advantage, but attitude and commitment matter just as much, and there are opportunities to grow for the right people.

We can assist with accommodation and getting settled in Sweden. Applicants must have, or be able to obtain, the legal right to work in Sweden.

Front of House Team Members – Senior and Junior Roles
(40 hours / week)

Dishwasher 
(20-30 hours per week)

Part-time Cleaner
(10–20 hours per week)

Chef de Partie
(40 hours / week)
