Welcome to Knystaforsen at the Japanese Pagoda

from November 13th to December 31st, 2026, we will take up residence in the Japanese Pagoda at Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen.

Our restaurant’s temporary home for the Christmas season is a place very close to our hearts, where we previously held a residency in 2023. There is something truly magical about Tivoli — one of the world’s most beautiful amusement parks — and returning once again to Eva & Nicolai’s home city to be part of this unique setting feels especially meaningful.

We look forward to welcoming you to an immersive sensory journey shaped by open-fire cooking and inspired by the landscapes that define our cuisine — the lake, the forest, and the river.

This will not be an ordinary dinner, but a theatrical experience where fire, nature, and storytelling come together in a carefully composed evening for all the senses.

The menu is designed to be enjoyed as a complete composition, including thoughtfully curated beverage pairings (alcoholic or non-alcoholic). For this special experience, the menu is therefore not adapted to individual allergies or personal preferences. A pescatarian menu can be offered if requested in advance.

We will be open Monday to Saturday for dinner.

The price for the experience is 3,650 DKK, including beverages.
